While Senior Associate with Ryan Associates Landscape Architects, Kim was project manager for this residential community in Hudson, MA. This project combines the clean up of 6 arsenic-laden ponds dating back over 100 years with a comprehensive open space plan for over 200 acres of town land and over 200 new townhouse and single family units for the over 55 age group. The open space planning encompasses an active recreation area with a new multi-purpose field, play areas and several miles of walking trails that will connect town open spaces.
