While Senior Associate with Ryan Associates Landscape Architects in Waltham, MA, Kim was project manager for this mixed-use community which includes age restricted townhouses and single family homes along with a retail and office center. Kim assisted in the design of the private and public garden spaces for this Thorndike Development project based on a Richard Burke Associates land plan. The design of each garden includes a lawn or patio which extends the living space of each home and in turn connects them to the neighborhood’s many amenities, including a village green, parks, swimming pool, clubhouse, community garden plots and nature trails.
