A mahogany deck spills down to an entertaining terrace and out to a park-like setting for the family of this Newburyport residence. The clients desired ample space for entertaining, while still designating a large portion of the yard for their young family to play and explore. An existing mahogany deck was reconfigured and enlarged in order to open down to a lower patio area complete with seat wall, built-in grill and pergola. A central lawn and woodland area provide ample space for play, while a shed at the perimeter of the property allows for storage. The landscape provides enjoyment for all members of the family in a safe and beautiful environment.
