KDTurner Design has been hired by the Town of Essex to develop a series of pocket parks along the newly renovated causeway in downtown Essex. The Client is looking to welcome visitors, increase wayfinding, and strenghten the sense of place by developing a series of unified design elements, including signage, lighting, seating, and plantings. Coordination among Town, Conservation Commission, abutting landowners, and other stakeholders has been paramount.
